Station Guitars Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price. We offer a 180-day return policy on all pedals. Just return the product in the original product packaging along with all the goodies (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and in its original condition. Pedals returned in unsalable condition (scratched, nicked, modified, twisted, tweaked or otherwise unpleasant) will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. We must receive the product within 180 days of you receiving it.

Please pack carefully and use a shipping box for packing your return. You may choose any shipping service you like to return the package to us. We strongly recommend some sort of tracking or delivery confirmation and insurance.

Returns are processed within 2 days of receiving the items. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used for purchase.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Basically it's $9.95 USD for any order in the USA and $29.95 for any international order. see, it's easy.

Misc Fine Print and Legalese

Online orders must be paid via PayPal. We only ship to the confirmed PayPal address on the account. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for local pick ups and deliveries via secure mobile payment method (Square). Beware the honey badger.
